Problem:
To provide an easy to operate blind for 87 rental apartments.
To be hard wearing and as reliable as possible due to being used by tenants.
To provide a good level of room darkening as many of blinds were in bedrooms, whilst also being able filter the light with a level of privacy.
Our Solution:
We recommended a wand operate Deluxe Vertical Blinds
We installed a deluxe rail which has wheeled runners that easier and more reliable to than the standard rail.
Wand operated means no cords or chains, making the far more robust and again more reliable.
For the room darkening we installed a Blackout Fabric for all bedrooms

Blind width: 2900mm
Blind Drop: 2330mm
Fabric: 89mm Carnival Blackout Shadow.
